- Assisting with the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, such as email marketing, social media marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO) campaigns.
- Creating and scheduling social media posts across various platforms.
- Assisting with the production of content, including writing copy and creating graphics.
- Conducting research on competitors and industry trends.
- Monitoring and analyzing website and social media analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Providing administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing meetings, maintaining files, and handling correspondence.
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales and customer service, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals
Requirement
- A degree or diploma in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles may be an advantage but not always necessary.
- A willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
