Description

The Media Executive / Media Planner will work in the planning teams to deliver high profile, varied media briefs and digital campaignes across a portfolio of clients

  1. Team Work
    • Collaborating with the members of the media team in daily media responsibilities
    • Support Digital and Media Planners and Director on tasks including but not limit to all realm of digital marketing (display/rich media advertising, search engine marketing, social media marketing, mobile marketing) as well as mass media (TV, Outdoor, Radio, etc).
  2. Research & Analysis
    • Assist in research and analysis using industry tools
    • Keep track of market trends and update online media database accordingly
  3. Follow-up & Implementations
    • Assist with buying, trafficking and tracking, and reporting of campaigns
    • Update client on interim campaign performance and providing client with POV and solutions
  4. Integration
    • Open to learn both online and offline media and potentially provide clients with integrated solutions
  5. Creative & Ideation
    • Actively involved in brain-storming for big ideas and event ideas
    • Out-of-the-box thinking in using the same media differently
  6. Relationship Management
    • Maintain and strengthen relations with clients with consistency and well-thought and vetted communications
    • Managing publishers expectations and develop long-term relationships.

Requirement

  • A degree in marketing, advertising or relevant discipline
  • Good command of Cantonese and English; written and spoken.
  • Proficiencay in MS Office
  • 0-1 year in media planning/buying experience preferably (fresh graduates are also welcomed)
  • Organizational skill: Essential skill when juggling with complex and multi data point
  • Multi-tasking skill: Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time and managing timelines
  • Communication skill: Clear and concise written and spoken communication when debriefing publishers and translating ideas into simplified sentences for clients’easy understanding
  • Negotiation skill: Negotiate with publishers on proposals and deal to maintain cost efficiency
  • Time Management: Ability to estimate project timelines and deliver work within delivery deadlines
  • Presentation skill: Ability to conduct small skill presentation confidently
  • Open mind: Keeping an open mind to changes and learn both online and offline media
  • Analytical skill: Able to digest large amount of data and present the data in easy to understand information to be use
