Job Description

  • Providing administrative support and operational support to sales/editorial team and monitoring on social media project progress
  • Handle digital marketing event registration data by updating spreadsheets and statistical information, consolidate inquiry from participants
  • Assist marketing team to implement, develop and manage digital marketing, social media channels and advertising campaigns
  • Execute ATL & BTL to assist clients’ promotion
  • Execute marketing plan & social media management content creation of assigned brands
  • Liaise with agencies, internal and external parties to execute marketing and online promotion programs


  • Hardworking, self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Bachelor’s Degree with Marketing/Business or other related major
  • Outgoing, self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently and collaborate with others as a team
  • Good in PC skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
