Job Description

  • Work with accounts teams under the guidance of the Account Director and Manager in assisting the media team across the full planning and buying process
  • Compile monthly competitive expenditure information
  • Update monthly media schedules and media flowcharts according to the on-going changes
  • Assist individual media planners in preparing post-buy-analysis
  • Assist individual media planners in preparing media information for client’s proposal
  • Participate in client meetings and presentation
  • Administrate the buying documents, e.g. insertion order, material specification and copy rotation
  • Follow up on the actual position in accordance with agreed proposal
  • Follow up on the voucher copies
  • Verify the supplier invoices
  • Maintain the internal media buying database

Requirement

  • University degree
  • Must be flexible, highly motivated and able to work independently on multiple projects and tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Must be well organized and have strong quantitative/analytical skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese is a must
  • Must be numerate and have strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
