- Work with accounts teams under the guidance of the Account Director and Manager in assisting the media team across the full planning and buying process
- Compile monthly competitive expenditure information
- Update monthly media schedules and media flowcharts according to the on-going changes
- Assist individual media planners in preparing post-buy-analysis
- Assist individual media planners in preparing media information for client’s proposal
- Participate in client meetings and presentation
- Administrate the buying documents, e.g. insertion order, material specification and copy rotation
- Follow up on the actual position in accordance with agreed proposal
- Follow up on the voucher copies
- Verify the supplier invoices
- Maintain the internal media buying database
Requirement
- University degree
- Must be flexible, highly motivated and able to work independently on multiple projects and tasks in a fast paced environment
- Must be well organized and have strong quantitative/analytical skills
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese is a must
- Must be numerate and have strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
