- Manage the designated client’s daily eMarketing operation via multi-online-channels at owned system / external platform with high quality & time manner
- Assist account manager to plan & design eMarketing journey with the proposal preparation & resources & implementation planning
- Develop copywriting and content marketing for eDM, Social Media and Mobile Marketing for clients
- Prepare the status report & related workflow documentations. Coordinate & consolidate client’s feedback & comments for revision
- Closely monitoring the project deliverables & work with internal team, 3rd party vendor & clients
- Perform the regular eMarketing benchmarking research

Requirement
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
- Strong interpersonal skill and coordination, organizational skills
- Ability to simultaneously prioritize and multi-task projects
- CRM, digital, technology-savvy & willing to work under pressure & tight timeline
- Fluent English and Mandarin (both verbal and written)
- Excellent PC skills of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Have experience in CRM, digital marketing and data analysis is preferred but not a must
