•Assist the director to plan, develop and manage the overall marketing strategy. •Prepare advertising plans for digital marketing promotions via search, display, video, and social media ads. •Review and analyze advertising performance and manage Google Analytics and other data analytics software. •Increase brand & product outreach and conversion via multiple media platforms. •Online shopping platform management and online sales operation. •Negotiate with suppliers and assist with product development. •Administrative work and daily operations include human resources and accounting. •Support interns to successfully complete online and offline promotional activities.
