TANG Tsz Kiu

I worked in Nanyang Commercial Bank as a customer service officer. This is an internship program offered by the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education. I need to perform counter service operation and serve customers with promoting and advising some banking products and solve their queries. This experience is very meaningful and memorable because it is not only able for me to earn working experience, but also letting me have more chances to communicate and interact with different people, including colleagues and customers. I am also very happy to be able to use what I have learned to help the company.
